We offer a 7-day return window on select products. This means you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item, provided it meets the following conditions:
The product must be in unused, original condition with all original packaging and tags intact.
Only selected products are eligible for return. Please check the product page for return eligibility before purchasing.
Items marked as "Final Sale", "Non-returnable", or "Hygiene Products" (e.g., personal care, cosmetics) are not eligible for return.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery by contacting our support team.
Email us at [email protected] with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll share return instructions and the return address.
Pack the product securely and send it via a trusted courier. (Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.)
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
