7-Day Return Policy (Selected Products Only)

We offer a 7-day return window on select products. This means you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item, provided it meets the following conditions:


Eligibility for Return

  • The product must be in unused, original condition with all original packaging and tags intact.

  • Only selected products are eligible for return. Please check the product page for return eligibility before purchasing.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale", "Non-returnable", or "Hygiene Products" (e.g., personal care, cosmetics) are not eligible for return.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery by contacting our support team.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number, product details, and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, we’ll share return instructions and the return address.

  3. Pack the product securely and send it via a trusted courier. (Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.)


Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
